These terms govern your use of the Prime Cultivar Flow wholesale CBD flower marketplace. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Eligibility and licensing

Retail orders under 4 oz (about 113 g) are available to any adult buyer without a license. Wholesale bulk orders by the pound require a valid dispensary or retailer license, which our compliance team manually reviews before wholesale pricing unlocks.

Compliance and jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, and possession of hemp-derived CBD flower is legal in your jurisdiction. Prime Cultivar Flow sources EU-approved industrial hemp varieties containing less than 0.2% THC. No sale is final until compliance review is complete, and we may request additional documentation at our discretion.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your selected currency and confirmed at checkout. Wholesale invoices are issued in Bitcoin at the live market rate; the Bitcoin amount on your invoice is fixed at the time of issue. Retail orders may be paid by credit or debit card.

Payment confirmation

For Bitcoin orders, you must report your transaction ID after sending payment. Our automated tracker confirms the transaction on-chain before your order moves to fulfilment. Orders are not considered paid until on-chain confirmation.

Limitation of liability

Prime Cultivar Flow is not liable for any loss arising from the use of products in jurisdictions where they are prohibited. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
