Refund Policy

Because every wholesale order is reviewed for compliance before fulfilment, our refund process reflects the business-to-business nature of the marketplace.

Before payment

You can cancel an order at any time before payment is confirmed on-chain. Contact our team with your order number and we will void the Bitcoin invoice.

After payment, before shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, we can issue a refund in Bitcoin to the original sending wallet. Refunds are processed at the Bitcoin amount originally paid, not the current market rate, so you receive exactly what you sent.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a Bitcoin refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable cases

• Orders seized by customs or held by an authority in a jurisdiction where the goods are prohibited — compliance with local law is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect delivery address.
• Wholesale orders that have already been fulfilled, except for verified damage or mis-shipment.
